We use known shipping companies with active tracking numbers to ship our orders. These shipping companies include but not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, USPS.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with the tracking number and courier details as soon as your order is shipped. If you have ordered multiple items then it could be a possibility that you will receive multiple tracking numbers and our product can be shipped from different locations based on their availability at the time.
Damaged in Transit:
Upon receiving the shipment if you feel that package has damaged then you must inform/sign the delivery with a note stating “package received with damage”
This will ensure that we are able to claim the damage from the shipping company if it has damaged in transit.
Please note we do not offer to ship on customer account or pickup of your order from our office. All orders will be shipped to you directly on our shipping accounts.
At the moment we only ship within the USA and do not ship internationally. If you are an international customer then we will advise using a forwarding company so we can ship your order within the USA and then you can ship it to your country from there.
We do deliver to APO and FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot control the delivery time of such orders. Some of these orders can take six to eight weeks to deliver. Normally APO and FPO orders generally take five to ten working days to deliver.
Cut off Time:
Most of the orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs. Cut off time is 3 pm Central Time. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays. All orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays are normally shipped the next business day. All orders require time for processing. Guaranteed shipping services are only guaranteed for the transit time. This does not include the time it takes to process your order. Please understand that we are still human and while most of our orders are shipped the same day, we cannot guarantee it.
